About The Cwtch Cilgee

The Cwtch Cilgee is a contemporary lodge set in the rolling hills of Mid Wales, just 3 miles northwest of Llandrindod Wells. The panoramic views over the Elan Valley make this spot truly special. This modern retreat sits on a working farm with plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Mid Wales offers some of the UK's most spectacular countryside without the tourist crowds. Fancy a pint? The nearest pub is 3.5 miles away in Newbridge on Wye. Builth Wells is 9 miles north with shops, cafes and bars - plus it hosts the famous Royal Welsh Show in summer. Got energy to burn? The area's packed with walking and cycling trails that'll have your Fitbit begging for mercy.

The lodge sleeps 4 (6 with the sofa bed) across two bedrooms - one with a king-size zip-link bed that converts to twins if needed, plus a double bedroom. The open-plan lounge features a Smart TV and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything from a dishwasher to a coffee machine. There's even a washing machine for when you inevitably fall in a bog.
