The lodge sits in an idyllic setting with waterside views that'll have you forgetting about your inbox within minutes. Perfect for wildlife watching - previous guests loved the thoughtful touch of bird seed provided. The area offers fishing spots nearby and miles of Welsh countryside to explore. It's quiet enough to hear yourself think but not so remote you'll fear for your life.

This cosy accommodation sleeps two in a downstairs bedroom with a downstairs bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with a two-ring electric hob, mini oven, microwave, slow cooker, electric steamer, fridge and toaster. The spacious covered balcony is ideal for outdoor meals without getting rained on - this is Wales after all.

Local attractions include shops and pubs just 3 miles away. The surrounding Mid Wales region offers stunning walks, historic sites and picturesque villages within easy driving distance. Wow, what a fantastic place! The kitchen was super well equipped, making cooking a breeze. The bed was so cosy with a lovely duck down quilt and pillows, we slept like logs. The hot tub was greatand the views from the deck, which overlooked the pond, were stunning. We loved the ducks, George and Mildred, who visited daily. We really enjoyed our stay at this lodge! The place was spotless and well-keptand the hot tub was always in top condition. The location is stunning-morning and evening walks around the pond with the dogs were a real highlight. Watching herons, kitesand blue tits daily was just lovelyand we even caught sight of a barn owl! The national park is only an hour away, so we explored Pen-y-Fan and the Waterfalls Walks.
