The accommodation is seriously impressive. Downstairs features a bright conservatory with underfloor heating, a comfortable living room with Smart TV, a second TV/games room with Xbox and one double bedroom next to a WC. Upstairs are four more bedrooms - three with en-suite shower rooms and one with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen has an electric range cooker, dishwasher, double fridge/freezer and laundry facilities.

Nearby attractions include the Red Kite Centre and Museum (8 miles northeast), beautiful beaches along Cardigan Bay and numerous walking trails. The outdoor space is just as impressive as inside - with a large patio area, fire pit, gas BBQ and that all-important hot tub where you can soak away your worries.
