We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend to any wanting to visit Wales. The house was beautifully clean and has perfect sized rooms. The hot tub was amazing and we really enjoyed the patio with bbq grill.

Absolutely beautiful home with beautiful farm land views. Waking up to sheep right next to the garden every morning was lovely. Bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. There was washing tablets, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, cleaning products, tea towels, cloths, dish sponges etc available to use. The home was pretty much immaculate and a great space for large families who want a picturesque and quiet stay. The owners left a welcome booklet with everything you need to know and also recommendations of local food and places to visit. Our family would love to come back again, definitely worth every penny we spent. The only criticism I would have is that all of the doors upstairs stick and can be quite tricky to open for children or the elderly. Also there is a railway at the bottom of the garden which wasn't stated although that wasn't an issue for us as the kids loved waving to it every time it went past.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of 3 generations. This is a well designed family home in a beautiful location. We loved the views over the wooded hill behind and the hourly train at the end of the garden - the children were thrilled every time it went past (it's not that noisy and you get used to it really quickly). There's a small playground, decent pub and cafe all within 10 mins walk. It's a 12 min drive to Borth which has a brilliant beach (sand at low tide), there are incredible sand dunes at Ynylas and we really liked Aberystwyth (funicular and the castle in particular). We would love to come back!
