5-Bedroom House in Llanynis is a lovely big place set in a super peaceful spot, yet still close enough to town for shopping. The house has plenty of space for everyone, with comfy views and a hot-tub that's perfect for unwinding. The games room and well-stocked kitchen made our stay even better. We had an amazing stay! The bedrooms were really spacious and the beds super comfy. Loved the bathrooms, especially the big bath downstairs-it was perfect after a long day. The kitchen had everything we neededand the huge dining table made it easy for all 10 of us to eat and play games together. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. The games room is always a highlight, with a fun pool table and cosy sofas. The hot tub was massive and a real hit with everyone!

We arrived to a lovely welcome basket, which was a nice touch. The house itself was really comfortable and we enjoyed making the most of the hot tub and games room. The upstairs lounge with the log burner felt super cosyand the dogs had a great time exploring the garden. The kitchen had everything we needed, making meal prep easy. We'd definitely recommend the Prince Llewelyn - their Sunday lunches are really good. Shame we didn't explore Builth Wells on foot, the road's a bit narrow and winding for walking. Still, a lovely stay overall!

My sister and her family travelled down from Scotland to join my mum, my other sisterand ourselves for a proper family Christmas. The house was just right-spacious, beautifuland comfortable. Everyone had their own bedroom, which was great. We loved the hot tub and the games room with pool and arcade machines-so much fun! Plus, having our dogs with us was a huge bonus. Honestly, it was perfect for what we needed.
