Step outside to find shared patios where you can take the opportunity to dine outside in the warmer months, or simply enjoy a drink in the fresh air. The grassy space around the complex of cottages leads down to a stream and, after checking with the owners, you may explore the farmland, too. Paths and bridleways surround the property and, in the wider Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park, you’ll find an enormous choice of activities, including not just walking and climbing but also mountain biking and water sports. The apartment is only 500m from the Cradoc Golf Club, if you fancy a round or two during your stay, and the vibrant market town of Brecon is just 2.5 miles from the apartment, where you’ll find interesting shops, great cafes and restaurants, walks by the canal and a Norman cathedral set in a walled close. For a great day out, the National Showcaves Centre is just 18 miles, with its awe-inspiring passageways and incredible Cathedral Cave.
